Product Description
CNC drilling precision machine adopts a machining column center structure with a square appearance and is optimized by 3D dynamic finite element analysis. The machine body castings are made of high-quality materials and subjected to aging treatment, with a stable overall structure and high rigidity. There is a guide rail which adopts high-precision linear guide rail to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine at high speed. The transmission of machine adopts high-precision ball screw and direct drive of servo motor. We can find high-rigidity spindle structure design, and optional BT40 central water outlet spindle unit structure, suit for all kinds of heavy cutting holes. It can be equipped with CNC turntable, in-line sliding table, cross sliding table, and special fixtures to realize various compound processing.
The control system is designed after our engineers check many processing projects, would be suitable and easy operated.
