Product Description
The CNC threading machine is a stable and reliable machine that integrates advanced functions such as Z-axis fixed-depth precision machining, X-axis and Y-axis servo detection, and has a wide range of applications.
The machine is easy to use, simple to operate. It can process deep and precise small holes that are difficult to be processed by a variety of traditional processing methods, such as cutting threading holes, filter holes, pores, group holes, nozzle holes, etc. in a variety of metals and super-hard conductors. The CNC threading machine is a high-speed EDM small hole machining equipment. It uses a copper tube as the electrode, guided by a guide, and applies high-efficiency pulse power between the electrode and the workpiece.
A pulsed high-frequency discharge is generated between the electrode and the workpiece, and the workpiece is eroded away in a controlled manner. During processing, the high-pressure water quality working fluid is sprayed from the inner hole of the electrode to implement forced chip removal and cooling on the processing area to ensure the smooth progress of the processing.
Advantages

One way is to add holes parameters one by one, suits for few quantity and different holes.
There are processing formulas to add similar holes parameters.
■ Control system has edit, add, delete and change processing order related with holes.
■ Processing diameters are from φ0.2-φ4.0mm, and the maximum depth-to-diameter ratio is more than 300: 1.
■ The processing speed can reach 5-40mm per minute, servo 400, can use ultra-long electrode tube, save electrode tube 15%.
■ It can process various conductive materials such as stainless steel, hardened steel, hard alloy, copper, aluminum, etc.
■ Can be penetrated directly from the upper and curved surface.
■ Servo lift adopts linear ball guide rail and electric lift to ensure the processing accuracy and speed of the product.
■ The spindle adopts two-speed control mode, and the retreat speed is twice as fast as the processing speed, and it is closely tracked during processing to realize efficient and stable processing of fine motors.
■ The water pump pressure observation window for the roommate of the extra bed makes it more convenient and simple to observe and adjust the pressure of the water pump.
■ The machine tool adopts servo motor for fast and accurate.
