Product Description
This vertical honing has a simple structure, but it is good for small, repairing honing work, can get a good finishing with small cost.
For this honing machine, just can do some repairing working, cant cut much stock. But with manual operation could get good size and roughness.
This honing machine is used in repairing cylinders for cars and tractors.
This machine spindle travel in side guide in vertical, so that honing head go to holes, up to 320mm. In the stroke, spindle rotate, honing head keep feeding in running. We can choose manual feeding for finishing processing, so that would get micrometer accuracy.
The honing spindle could move in horizontal, so that can hone different holes of one workpiece.
Honing heads would need honing stones to cut. If want cheap honing stones, we can choose alumina or Silicon carbide, these stones are good for small repairing working. The stones are made of abrasives, so there are grits to choose. We would supply different stones for different honing working.
If have mass production, we would recommend you semi-auto or auto honing machines.
For honing working, we would use honing oil to help cut well , cool down honing heads and workpieces. Every machine has one coolant tank, we also supply different separators, the normal one is magnetic separator, some are paper filter, pressure filter and etc.
