Machine Description
This machine use 6 spindles and 8 workpiece stations, one workpiece hole would be honed 6 times in one cycle, this machine could make the hone very good finishing , accuracy to 0.001um, Ra to 0.01um. This machine is CNC controlled, could continue work in 8 hours,so we use this machine to make very precision workpieces and mass production.
Many customers ask add robot to get one automatic honing line.
The 6 spindles would use 6 pcs diamond or CBN Sintered bars for different materials. All workpiece fixture stations are custom as workpiece.
